Samjung Industries produces steel production boards (steel pallets) based on its self-developed manufacturing technology and core processes protected by patents. We have reflected our research on materials and product structure in production equipment and process design, developing Samjung's own manufacturing system. From cutting and machining the raw steel plate to flatness measurement and inspection, each process is connected into a single production flow. By managing the precision required at each process and checking the quality of the finished product, we produce steel production boards of consistent quality. Through robot technology applied to MetaBoard production and AI-based WowBoard quality control, we are advancing our production automation and quality control systems.
