Yes. BoardCleaner can remove hardened cement and concrete residue, aggregate, rust, and other debris attached to the Production Board surface. It removes protruding or accumulated debris to maintain the surface condition for the next production cycle.
Yes. The cleaning intensity and speed can be adjusted to suit the board material, allowing BoardCleaner to be used in production lines with various board materials, including wood, plastic, and composite.
The Standard option may be sufficient if you are using new Production Boards or if their surfaces are in good condition.
If you are using Production Boards that have already developed rust or have uneven surfaces, we recommend the AI Smart option, which automatically adjusts the cleaning intensity according to the contamination level. We also recommend the AI Smart option for customers operating smart factories.
Yes. However, the required installation space and configuration vary depending on the option.
The AI Smart option is larger and requires an installation space approximately twice the size of the Production Board currently in use.
If installation space is limited, the Standard option can be configured by selecting the functions you need from the scraper, brush, dust collector, and oil applicator. This allows you to select only the essential functions to suit the space available at your site.
