A steel production board is a key component of the production line that directly supports and carries concrete blocks, pavers and other concrete products from forming through curing.
When concrete is fed into the mold in a block machine, the product is formed on the steel production board through strong vibration and compression. It is not simply a plate that holds the weight of the product: it effectively transmits the machine's vibration to the concrete and supports the product so that it can be formed solid and uniform.
