Residual stress in the width direction generated during cutting and rolling is relieved by multi-stage roll waving.
Width-Direction Precision Flattening
Precision pressure roll control corrects waviness and curvature in the width direction to create a reference plane.
Length-Direction Orthogonal Stress Relief
The board is rotated 90° to correct the length direction and relieve residual stress on both axes.
Final High-Flatness Stabilization
