Materials & Structural Engineering for Production Boards
Steel Production Board Technology
Optimized for the Production Environment
Through continuous research and development in materials and structure, Samjung has advanced the performance of production boards. We apply steel grades specialized for concrete product production to raise durability and service life, and improve weight and production efficiency through an innovative lightweight structural design. With different technical approaches, we provide steel production board (steel pallet) solutions optimized for a wide range of production environments.
Choosing Materials to Fit the Purpose
Every production environment needs different characteristics. It starts with understanding the differences between materials.

Corrosion states of each material are compared by repeating salt spray, drying and wetting environments. The test is carried out under the following conditions based on KS ISO 14993.
From salt spray to wetting,
one cycle takes a total of 8 hours.
Dry Condition
60, 4 hours
Salt Spray Environment
35, 2 hours
